Each of my Seller Clients will be provided with a customized Marketing Plan that reflects the specific characteristics of their home. nbsp;I am able to leverage my many years of corporate Marketing experience to ensure that your home is marketed to as broad an audience of prospective Buyers as possible.
It begins with a 'market analysis' for your home -- reflecting not just the features of your home, but also the neighborhood and town. nbsp;A key part of your marketing plan will be to properly price your home, based upon the local market demand.
Buyers
For Buyers, it begins with a 'Buyer Consultation'. nbsp; We will review your home needs and 'wish list', along with other key information, including your target budget, commuting patterns, town preferences, etc. nbsp;
After we've completed our Buyer Consultation, I will search for homes that match your criteria; we will visit these homes and then further refine the search. nbsp; After we have found the right home for you, I will provide you with 'comps' so that you can make an informed decision about making an Offer. nbsp;I will present the Offer to the Sellers and negotiate to ensure the best combination of Price and Terms. I will be there to assist you all the way through to the Closing!
Background/Experience
Originally from Chicago, I made my way to NJ right after graduate school and never left! I've lived in Westfield for the past 30 years and know the surrounding area well -- schools, parks, neighborhoods, commuting options.
After a successful career in the high-tech industry (ATT, Bell Labs, Lucent) , I now bring my experience and expertise to Real Estate.With more than 20 years of Marketing experience, I know how to position homes to sell for top dollar. My Skills in Strategy, Pricing, and Competitive Analysis all fit well in the real estate field.
My academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and an MBA. I have a knack for numbers and this is reflected in how I fine-tune pricing and negotiate transactions for my Clients.
